Forms a tough, non-absorbing, smooth, frictionless and inert coated surface. Coating is neutral in nature against acidic, alkaline medium, gases like SO2, SO3, and Cl2 and other corrosive media.

Helps to maintain smooth liquid flow without any obstruction.

Coated surface can withstand against high velocity liquid flow (up to 20 meters/second and high pressure around 60 Kg/cm2 ).

Coated surface does not crack at low temperatures (around -40 C) and high temperatures (around 500 C + 10%).

Resistant to thermal shocks

Forms a malleable surface; therefore can withstand any kind of impact. As surface formed by the coating is frictionless, it helps to maintain a smooth tangential flow to hard and tough particles present in the flowing liquid.

Highly thermal conducting.

It is easily spreadable at normal temperature around 35-40 C.
